Customized Odoo CRM Dashboards and Reports | College CRM

We have done the customization in Odoo CRM module. In CRM, student details coming from the college website are captured into the Odoo system. It handles bifurcates students into two categories – Local and International students and handles their onboarding process at the College. It also handles all the faculty, diploma, certification and activities related details.

 

Dashboard

 

Leads by diplomas: Graphical view of leads captured per diploma program in descending order.
Leads by certifications: Graphical view of leads captured per certification in descending order.
Leads by month: Graphical view of leads captured per month.
Leads by source: Graphical view of leads captured per source in descending order.

 

Custom Report to filter our views

You can see the custom report which is highlighted by red, click on Custom Report to filter our views/reports based on one or more of the following dimension.

 

To create the custom report, click on create the button

 

Select the field to filter view leads and select the period, it will filter the record from the selected period and based on selected fields.

 

It will show all the match view leads in tree view image. To check the view lead detail click on any one view leads from the tree view.

 

After the check, the detail of view leads you can go back on click Report.

 

The record is saved next time you can use this filter report, every time you don’t have to create the same filter, it will save all the filter record which you have created.

 

Report for view Leads

You can see the view lead which is highlighted by red, click on View Lead to filter our view lead for faculty, program, sales team/report based on one or more of the following dimension.

 

To create a view lead, click on create the button

 

Select the field to filter view leads from lead’s list view, it will filter the lead/report based on one or more of the following dimension.

 

It will show all the match view leads from lead’s list view in the tree view, click on any one record to check the view lead detail.

 

After the check, the detail of view lead click on view leads to go back to the filter lead/report record.

 

The record is saved next time you can use this filtered view lead report, every time you don’t have to create the same filter, it will save all the filter record which you have created.

 

Program Report

You can see the program which is highlighted by red, click on the program to filter program by sales team/report based on one or more of the following dimension.

 

There are two ways Period/From To Date, if you want to record by day, week, month select Period with Number of days, week, month based on that it will give record, From To date it will give record by day wise only, if we select period, From To Date will be invisible & vise versa.

 

Select the field to filter program from the selected sales team. It will filter the program/report based on one or more of the following dimension.

 

It will show you all the lead which is the match to selected field, we have select period by month it will give you lead in pivot by month and total lead per month, click on the number of lead to check detail about lead.

 

It will show all leads in the tree view. Click on any one record to check the view lead detail.

 

Click any of this to check detail about that.

 

Select the From To Date to filter program from the selected sales team, It will filter the program/report based on one or more of the following dimension.

 

It will show you all the lead which is the match to selected field, we have select From To Date it will give you lead in pivot by default by day and total lead per day, click on the number of lead to check detail about lead.

 

Merge Duplicate Leads

Click on any one of the lead from lead tree view to converting the lead.

 

After open, the form view clicks on CONVERT STAGE TO button to check the duplicate leads.

 

First, select the convert stage, if there is any duplicate lead it will select by default merge with existing opportunity and it will check duplicate lead with name, email, and phone by default.

 

It will show all the duplicate leads in Opportunities.

 

If you want to check the duplicate leads with name and email only click on phone checkbox to remove phone number. Then it will check the duplicate lead with name & email, all the duplicate lead which is having same name & email it will show in Opportunities or you can check duplicate lead based on selected merged with. Then click on Convert Stage button to convert to the opportunity.

 

After converting the duplicate lead to opportunity, the duplicate lead will show in Merge Lead notebook in Opportunity stage.

 

After clicking on Convert Stage To button in lead form view to check duplicate lead, if there is no duplicate lead it will automatically select Convert to opportunity, then select the convert stage field and click on CONVERT STAGE
button to convert the lead.

 

After click on CONVERT STAGE button in the above image, it will show another wizard. Select the field from the wizard and click on the button.

 

After clicking on the button in the above image, it shows pop up to confirm then click OK to convert the lead image.

 

Lead is converted to the opportunity.

 

After clicking on Convert Stage to the button, if you select convert stage delayed or Dead to convert lead click on CONVERT STAGE button.

 

Lead is converted to Delayed. 

 

How to Add custom Filter in View Leads

To apply custom filter first click on search Plus bar to show the filter selection button. 

 

Click on filter selection button, then click on Add Custom Filter button to filter.

 

After click on Add Custom Filter button in the above image, then select the field which you have to filter in the view leads.

 

After clicking on the apply button in the above image, it will show your filter with the Right click in Filter selection button and it will give the lead which is match with you had applied filter.

 

To Remove the filter click on cancel in the search bar.

 

How to Add Custom Group By

Click on the group by selection button, then click on add custom group button to group by. 

 

After click on Add Custom group button in the above image, then select the field which you have to Group By in the view leads.

 

After Click on Apply Button in the above image, it will show your group by with Right click in Group By selection button and it will show you all the view leads with the group by.
Ex: I had applied group by Email,  it is showing me all the view leads by Email.
